Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Technical Presales & Solution Design
Lead technical discovery sessions and understand customer requirements.
Design end-to-end IP video surveillance and Video Management System (VMS) solutions.
Develop solution architectures for complex enterprise opportunities.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and solution workshops.
Support sales teams throughout the complete sales cycle.
Prepare technical proposals, solution sizing, calculations, tenders, and RFP responses.

Customer & Partner Enablement
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.
Conduct technical training, certification, and partner enablement sessions.
Provide technical guidance for solution deployment planning and validation.
Represent the organization at customer events, exhibitions, and industry seminars.

Technical Mentorship
Mentor and coach Solution Engineers.




Review solution designs and promote technical best practices.
Lead regional technical initiatives and technology adoption programs.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical prospects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams.
Gather customer and partner feedback to support product and solution improvements.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and prospect records.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical presales, solution engineering, systems engineering, or IT solutioning.
Solid experience in the physical security and video surveillance industry.
Strong understanding of IP video surveillance, VMS, IP networking, storage, server infrastructure, and sol
