Important Eligibility

This position is open to candidates currently based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat only.

The selected candidate must be comfortable working in night shift/international client hours and visiting the Ahmedabad office 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Zoho CRM according to business requirements.
Configure CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows and automation.
Write and maintain Deluge scripts and custom functions.
Develop business process automations within Zoho CRM.
Build and maintain API and third-party integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, automation and integration-related issues.
Understand client/business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.




Work with different teams to identify process gaps and implement automation.
Perform testing, debugging and deployment of Zoho solutions.
Maintain proper documentation of configurations, custom functions and integrations.
Handle multiple requirements while meeting timelines and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients.

Candidate Profile
3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Zoho development.
Robust practical knowledge of Zoho CRM and Deluge.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to independently understand requirements and develop solutions.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
