About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support Adobe’s APAC mid-market sales and marketing teams.
This role is focused on execution excellence - bringing marketing programs to life, coordinating activities across the region, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns that drive pipeline and support sales success.

Essential Job Functions:

Campaign Execution & Coordination




Support the execution of field marketing programs aligned to regional and global priorities.
Coordinate marketing activities including events, campaigns and sales initiatives.
Manage logistics such as scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and vendors.
Ensure consistency with brand and messaging guidelines across all materials.

Sales & Marketing Support
Partner closely with mid-market sales teams to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration activities.
Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials for customer engagement.
Help ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively at a regional level.

Operations, Budget & Reporting
Maintain accurate data in marketing systems and databases.
Track campaign execution and support reporting on program performance.
Ensure data accuracy to enable reliable insights and decision-making.
