- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
- Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces.
- Replenish toiletries, drinking water, stationery, minibar items, and other guest supplies.
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged according to hotel standards.
- Check that all room facilities and equipment are in proper working condition and report defects immediately.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while respecting guest privacy.
- Handle guest belongings carefully and follow the hotel's Lost & Found procedure.
