- Source top talent for lateral hires, mass hiring, campus hiring, and TA positions through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (lateral hiring, mass hiring).
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding new employees.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients/stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for recruitment purposes (e.g., applicant tracking systems).
