Role & responsibilities

- Create personalized holiday packages to meet clients specifications and budget.

- Robust Knowledge of International Destinations specially Europe, CIS countries

- Provide prompt, accurate customer service to all inquiries, phone calls, and emails.

- Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their travel plans and package options.

- Discuss all travel options and costs to assist clients in selecting the most suitable package.

- Network with hotels and transportation companies to negotiate pricing.

- Manage online reservations systems.

- Remain updated on tourism-related news and developments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in tourism or travel-related field. A minimum of three years of work experience in the travel industry in sales role preferred

- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skill
