Project Manager

Naukri is seeking an experienced Project Manager who has a good understanding of technology and has worked with enterprise clients, preferably in B2B SaaS space. We are looking for an individual who has experience of managing a unit, owning project initiatives in a lead role and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

The primary responsibility will be to oversee projects around implementation of Amplify product for enterprise customers.

- Manage a unit of implementation members.
- Ensure overall growth and success of each team member in your unit.
- Devise a mechanism to gather latest project updates from the project team.
- Actively participate in, and at times, lead Implementation Weekly Account Reviews.
- Review project plan, scope document and other artefacts that the team prepares.
- Ensure project is delivered as per agreed timelines with a quality score of >95%.
- Highlight project risks, if any, to internal and external stakeholders in a timely fashion.




- Participate in internal testing and UAT process with the customer prior to Go Live.
- Participate in governance meetings with the clients and serve as a point of escalation between the client/business area and internal stakeholders for the implementation of the product.

An ideal candidate should have:
- 5-7 years of prior work experience in project management, account management with high levels of customer focus
- Collaborative high performer in rapid growth tech environments, self-motivated, a positive listener with relevant experience preferably in enterprise SaaS space
