We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and compassionate candidates to join our Emergency Department as Patient Relations Executives (PRE). The role involves assisting patients and attendants, coordinating with hospital departments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience during emergency visits.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and attendants visiting the Emergency Department.
- Coordinate patient registration, admissions, and departmental processes.
- Guide patients and families regarding hospital services and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and other departments.
- Ensure timely coordination of investigations, consultations, and patient movement.
- Address patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per hospital protocols.
- Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction.




- Follow hospital policies, confidentiality guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualification
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BHM, MHM, MBA, MHA graduates preferred.

Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in hospitals, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, front office, or patient relations will have an added advantage.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and patient-centric approach.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
