Role Overview:

We are looking for a RM- Wealth Division to drive PMS business through HNI/UHNI client acquisition, relationship management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients for PMS offerings.
- Generate leads through calling, references, networking, and existing databases.
- Explain PMS strategies, investment approach, performance, and risks to clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve PMS sales and AUM targets.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up with prospective investors.
- Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams for smooth onboarding.




- Ensure client communication and sales activities follow applicable SEBI guidelines.

Requirements:

- 26 years of experience in PMS, wealth management, investment advisory, broking, or financial services.
- Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
- Good knowledge of PMS and equity markets.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- HNI client handling and PMS sales experience preferred.
- Relevant NISM certification will be an added advantage.
