We are looking for a senior, hands-on People & Culture leader who can work closely with the founders and leadership team to build a high-performance organization.
This role goes beyond traditional HR administration. We need someone who understands people, performance, psychology, culture, accountability, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in startups, growing organizations, or quick-changing environments, where they have helped structure teams, define KPIs and KRAs, improve performance, strengthen culture, and solve people-related challenges.
We are looking for someone who can understand both sides of the organization people and business.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR / People Management experience.
- Candidates with 812+ years of experience would be preferred.
- Previous experience working with startups, founder-led businesses, SMEs or high-growth organizations is highly desirable.
- Experience across different industries is welcome.
- Experience helping an organization scale from a smaller team into a -structured organization will be highly valued.
