We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to own our vendor-to-delivery engine end to end from sourcing and pricing, through purchasing and billing, to getting material picked up and delivered across the country as rapid and as cost-effectively as possible. This is a ground-level, get-it-done role, not a desk-only one. The person who thrives here is resourceful and street-smart: someone who, even when they do not already know how to do something, has the drive and the optimising instinct to figure it out build the right connections, find the cheaper route, look it up, and get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Procurement

- Manage the existing vendor base and continuously scout, evaluate and onboard new vendors for better price, quality and reliability.
- Negotiate hard on pricing and terms driving real cost savings without ever compromising delivery timelines or product quality.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers so they stay responsive when it matters most.

Pricing, Billing & Documentation





- Own and keep updated the product rate sheets including per-square-foot and per-panel rates across the product range.
- Prepare and process invoices, verify and confirm bills, and ensure billing accuracy against orders and deliveries.
- Keep the CRM and all order records accurate and up to date at all times.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

- Coordinate the full logistics cycle so pickups happen the same day, within a 2448 hour standard.
- Track shipments end to end and push for the fastest possible delivery, resolving any problem quickly when things go wrong.

Prerequisites:

- 36 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, vendor management, logistics or supply chain.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and coordinate deliveries across multiple carriers or transport modes.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools and billing/invoicing.
- Fluent communication and strong follow-through with vendors and partners.
