Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a variety of sectors, with a focus on Industrial, Pharmaceutical and FMCG projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools, and will bring expertise in both the technical and creative aspects of architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop schematic, statutory, and working drawings for architectural projects, ensuring the designs meet all client requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals.

- Create and edit parametric families in Revit, with an understanding of architectural BOQs, specifications, and detailed schedules.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural designs meet technical, regulatory, and performance requirements.

- Contribute to the creation of detailed 2D/3D presentations, utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Max.

- Provide detailed input for project BOQs, specifications, and construction timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture with 0 to 5 year of experience.

- Experience in the Industrial Sector will be a significant advantage.

- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, BIM, and 3D design software (Photoshop, 3D Max, Google SketchUp).
