Hindi Speaking Business Development Executive (BDE) – Chennai Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month Incentives Language: Hindi & English – Mandatory About the Role We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, have good communication skills, and be comfortable with sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, leads, and other channels. Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively. Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.



Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/lead information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements Hindi speaking is mandatory. Good communication skills in Hindi and English . 1–3 years of experience in BDE / Business Development / Inside Sales / Telecalling / Sales . Confident, energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
