Role Description The Healthcare Administration Trainer is a full-time role responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in healthcare administration to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day tasks include designing and updating course content, preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom and online sessions, and facilitating practical exercises, case studies, and assessments. The Trainer will support learners through mentoring, feedback, and exam preparation, while ensuring that course materials align with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with a primary on-site presence and flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as lesson planning, content development, and online sessions.



The Trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators and industry partners to continuously improve program outcomes and learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong healthcare administration knowledge, including hospital operations, medical records management, healthcare quality standards, and basic health regulations.
- Candidates should possess training and instructional skills, such as curriculum design, lesson planning, classroom facilitation, and the ability to assess learner performance.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation abilities, active listening, learner mentoring, and collaborative teamwork.
- Candidates should possess basic technology and digital skills, including proficiency with learning management systems, presentation tools, video conferencing platforms, and standard office software.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt content based on learner and industry needs.
- A MASTERS in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Public Health, or a related field is preferred; prior teaching, training, or industry experience in healthcare settings is highly beneficial.(MBA or MHA )
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Kozhikode, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain a learner-centered approach to training and development.
- BAMS, BHMS doctors with an add on healthcare masters will be prioritised.
