? KEY RESPONSIBILITI
ES:• Accurate & errorless health claim adjudicat ion• Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summar ies• Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization and medical documentat ion• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicat ors• Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality paramet ers• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets assigned by the cli ent• Maintain defined TAT and high accuracy standa r ds
