About the Role

Position: Head – Tax Compliance

Reporting To: Head - Taxation

Work Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organization’s direct and indirect tax functions, ensuring full compliance and efficiency.
- Responsibilities include overseeing TDS, GST, and income tax matters, managing tax filings, assessments, audits, and litigation, and advising on tax planning and risk mitigation.
- The role requires stakeholder management, process improvements, and keeping abreast of regulatory changes.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in handling tax matters and also experience of handling Tax Department.

Qualifications

- CA Qualified Qualified (Mandatory)
- 5-10 years relevant experience (Mandatory)
- Must have team handling experience (Mandatory)
