- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations / Project Execution professional to manage end-to-end execution of premium flooring, luxury interiors, high-end construction, and surface-related projects.

- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project execution, team leadership, vendor and contractor management, architect/client coordination, planning, quality control, and commercial management. The candidate will gradually take complete execution responsibility from the Founder and independently manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Manage end-to-end execution of premium flooring, interior fit-out, and construction-related projects.

- Plan and coordinate project activities from initial preparation through final completion.

- Handle multiple luxury residential and commercial projects simultaneously.

- Ensure projects are executed according to approved designs, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Site Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, clients, consultants, site teams, vendors, and contractors.

- Ensure proper interpretation and execution of drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.

- Identify site-level issues and ensure timely resolution.

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage project execution teams effectively.

- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

- Ensure adequate manpower and resources are available at project sites.

- Guide team members to maintain productivity, quality, and project timelines.

Vendor &

- Contractor Management

- Manage vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and service partners.

- Coordinate material availability, manpower,



and execution requirements.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong professional relationships with project partners.

Planning &

- Project Control

- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and activity timelines.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules.

- Identify potential delays, resource gaps, and execution challenges.

- Take corrective actions to keep projects on track.

- Manage multiple priorities across different project sites.

Quality &

- Commercial Control

- Ensure high-quality workmanship across flooring, surfaces, civil works, waterproofing, finishes, and interior fit-outs.

- Monitor substrate preparation and application processes as required.

- Identify quality issues and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain control over project costs, materials, resources, and commercial requirements.

- Support effective cost management while maintaining project quality.

Client &

- Architect Handling

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.

- Understand project requirements and communicate execution plans clearly.

- Handle client concerns, site-level discussions, and project-related negotiations.

- Ensure customer expectations are addressed throughout project execution.

Education

Job Requirements

- B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering,



Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

- MBA in Operations is an added advantage.

Experience

- Experience in premium flooring, luxury interiors, high-end construction, or surface-related companies is preferred.

- Proven experience handling multiple luxury residential and commercial projects.

- Hands-on and execution-focused rather than purely advisory.

- Capable of taking increasing ownership of complete project execution.

- Willing to gradually take complete execution responsibility away from the Founder and independently manage project operations.
