Role Purpose
To drive sales and business growth for Saint-Gobain Insulation by engaging key stakeholders such as Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, Contractors and Distributors, and converting project opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets (volume, value) in industrial and building segments
Develop solid relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications
Generate, track, and convert a strong project pipeline/inquiry database
Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders
Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals
Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently
Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions
Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback




Ensuring billing from the existing distributors & enrolling new distributors.

Key Requirements
BE/B.Tech (First Class, no academic gaps)
2+ years in Specification & Project Sales
Experience in PEB / HVAC / Process Industry preferred
Strong network with Architectural & Structural consultant community
Positive career stability
