Description
Drive the project from developing transparent understanding & validation of all the estimates (Schedule, Cost, Resources, Budget & Scope) analyse variance tracking and managing resources effectively.
Lead projects that may consist of multiple Agile teams and require integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams by:
Using valuable judgment and skill to develop a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort.
Play a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Facilitate agile ceremonies (meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Have a variety of workshop exercises ready that fosters team improvements, easier decision making and overall group alignment
Facilitate trouble-shooting meetings between cross functional teams
Work with management team to enable agile work styles
Record, track and monitor timelines and track the team’s delivery (performance)




Solid JIRA or similar tool knowledge is a plus - setting up a workflow process and ensuring workflow or tools are provided for pre-development work
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM.
Configure and regularly update confluence
Coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
Achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
Effectively works through conflict and de-escalates difficult situations. Diplomatically navigates complex and controversial discussion
