Product Ownership & Backlog

Own end-to-end delivery of the AEM enhancement initiative as single point of accountability across business and technology.

Own and prioritise the product backlog, author well-defined user stories with transparent, testable acceptance criteria.

Drive epics prioritisation, scope clarity, and timely decision-making throughout the lifecycle.

Partner closely with engineering to translate business needs into actionable, appropriately scoped backlog items.
