Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).




Experience with cloud-based financial reconciliation solutions and integration techniques.
Robust understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement custom components within enterprise cloud applications.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing cloud service performance.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
