Essential Job Functions:
Provide end‐to‐end onsite and field IT support for end users, including deskside troubleshooting and hardware break‐fix activities
Perform IMACD operations such as device installation, movement, replacement, upgrades, and secure decommissioning
Manage hardware lifecycle activities including laptop/desktop provisioning, spares management, and coordination with depots or warehouses
Work closely with Service Desk, vendors, logistics partners, and OEMs to ensure timely issue resolution and part replacements




Maintain accurate asset records, support physical audits, and ensure compliance with asset management and security policies
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Support onboarding/offboarding activities for users, including device handover, access readiness, and data handling guidelines
Assist during transitions, hypercare phases, and site readiness activities for recent locations or service expansions
Act as the onsite escalation point for unresolved issues and ensure proper communication with stakeholders
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements across all support activities

Qualifications:
EXP-5 to 9years
