About The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions.

Essential Job Functions:
Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements.
Configure and support core HCM modules based on business requirements.
Perform functional setups including workforce structures, security, approvals, and workflows.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configurations, and test scenarios.
Support data conversion, integrations, and report development.
Handle production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
Participate in testing cycles:



Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Deployment support.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom reports.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:
4 to 12 years

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Strong hands-on experience with one or more modules:
Core HR
Absence Management
Payroll
OTL (Time & Labor)

Experience with HCM Security roles, data roles, and privilege setup.
Knowledge of Rapid Formulas.
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports.
Solid understanding of HCM end‐to‐end business processes.

Experience in application support and configuration activities.
