About The Job:
The Oracle EPM and Hyperion Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Hyperion solutions to enable financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting capabilities.

Essential Job Functions:
Implement and configure Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion modules including Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, and Financial Reporting
Gather business requirements and translate them into EPM solution designs
Build and maintain planning applications, business rules, calculation scripts, and data forms
Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytics
Perform data integration between EPM and source systems (ERP, GL, etc.)
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Provide end-user training and documentation




Support month-end and year-end close processes

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning/Essbase/HFM
Robust understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes
Experience with FDMEE/Data Management for data integration
Proficiency in calculation scripts, business rules, and Smart View

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EPM Cloud certification
Experience with Hyperion Financial Reporting or Oracle BI
Prior consulting experience in finance transformation"
