Lead partner acquisition strategy: Own and scale customer acquisition through third-party partnerships (fintechs, marketplaces, NBFCs, aggregators), ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance.
Manage partner integration roadmap: Define and oversee the roadmap for partner API/SDK integrations, ensuring timely delivery and smooth partner experience.
Optimize partner funnels: Design and refine acquisition journeys across partner-driven funnels (lead → KYC → approval → activation), reducing drop-offs and improving conversion.
Enable partner monetization: Drive early lifecycle monetization for partner-acquired users via contextual cross-sell offers (EMI, insurance, add-on cards).
Govern partner compliance: Ensure all partner channels adhere to RBI guidelines, fraud risk controls, and data privacy standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with IT, Risk, Ops, Analytics, and external vendors to deliver integrations within defined timelines and quality standards.
Monitor partner KPIs:



Track acquisition KPIs (partner CAC, funnel conversion %, onboarding TAT, retention of partner cohorts) and produce executive dashboards.
Drive retention on partner platform: Implement personalized onboarding, nudges, and feature adoption campaigns to sustain engagement of partner-acquired cohorts.
