NKey Responsibilities:
N1. Product Demonstration

Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams. N
Explain technical features and perks effectively. N
n2. Project Management (Customer-wise)
N
n
Manage customer-specific projects from initiation to completion. N
Coordinate required actions across all departments to ensure timely delivery. N
n3. Sales Tools Development
N
n
Create, review, and refine sales tools and presentations. N
Ensure tools are aligned with product updates and customer needs. N
n4. Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Regularization
N
n
Implement and regularize ECN processes. N
Maintain accurate documentation and communication of changes. N
n5. Documentation &Reporting;
N
n
Track Daily Call Reports (DCR) and ensure timely updates. N
Prepare troubleshootingguides and provide technical support documentation. N
n6. Customer Acceptance Tests
N
n
Attend CFAT (Customer Factory Acceptance Test) and VFAT (Vendor Factory Acceptance Test). N
Ensure compliance with customer requirements during testing phases. N
n7. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
N
n
Provide technicalassistance to customers and internal teams. N
Develop troubleshootingguides for common product issues. N
nMinimum 1+ Years Exp in Machinery Manufacturing Industry
