The role of Product Manager (Plasters) is to ensure growth of Saint-Gobain’s Plasters solutions & overall contribute to the Category Creation and business volume and value growth .
The role needs to analyse the market potential & leverage opportunities in the market by drawing up
sales & marketing strategy which is aligned to the business plan and ensure delivery of above strategy.

Growth & strategy
 Provides quality leadership for Saint-Gobain’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while always upholding Saint-Gobain’s values establishing an setting and
foundation for future sales growth.
 Responsible for market mapping, existing product management, segmentation & developing market penetration strategies for the segment with specific focus on Value Added PLasters portfolio inc Top Line and Bottom Line .




 Responsible for working together with a team of Regional Managers and their team of Sales Managers to develop business in the given segment.
 Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions in order to deliver upon the agreed business strategy.
Business Development
 Work closely with key customers in understanding product application & needs and insights generation for Current Product development

 Overall Project CRM management & Road Map & with Sales Aids & Tools

Marketing
 Recommend product lines by identifying recent product opportunities, and/or product, packaging,
and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
 Develop technical solutions / calculation tools etc. for providing solutions to customers.
 Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current
and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
 Drive marketing initiatives ATL & BLT end to end for PLasters Category
 Develop marketing tools like brochures,
