.NET Tech Lead - 6 to 9 Yrs Experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a.NET Tech Lead with 6–9years of experience who can own architecture and delivery of mission-critical ASP.NET Core services and integrations on Azure/on premise services. Lead a squad (4–6 engineers), drive code quality, security, reliability, and mentor developers while partnering with Product, QA, and DevOps.
Role:
Ship/modernize versioned Web APIs(.NET 8+)
Establish Clean Architecture standards and API governance
Hardening: OAuth2.1/OIDC withMicrosoft Entra ID, secrets inKey Vault
Observability: actionableApp Insightsdashboards/alerts, trace correlation end-to-end
Performance wins: caching (Redis), pagination, connection/memory tuning

Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design: Domain modelling, module boundaries, API versioning, DB schemas, event flows
Delivery Leadership: Break down epics, set milestones, manage risks/dependencies, run estimations and reviews.
Code Excellence: Enforce patterns (DI, pipelines, filters), PR standards, static analysis, test strategy.




Security & Compliance: OIDC/JWT, RBAC/claims, data protection keys, rate limiting & throttling, threat modelling, secure headers.
Data Layer:EF Core strategy (migrations, interceptors, compiled queries), SQL Server tuning (Query Store, indexing).
Cloud & DevOps:Azure App Service/Container Apps, Azure SQL, Storage,APIM policies, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps
Collaboration:Align contracts with UI teams (React/Kendo), coordinate with QA on test automation, support releases/on-call.
Mentorship:Coach 4–6 engineers, run design reviews, pair programming, and growth plans.

Required Skills and Experience:
6–9 years inC# / ASP.NET Core (Web API)with production ownership.
DeepEF Core+SQL Serverexperience (transactions, isolation levels, performance).
StrongAzurehands-on: App Service/Container Apps, Azure SQL, Storage,Key Vault,Application Insights.
Secure auth withEntra ID (Azure AD)/ OAuth2.1 / OID
