Position Overview:

The Assistant is responsible for collecting, analyzing, projecting,



and synthesizing information to ensure that commissions and provisions are calculated accurately and within the required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Commission Calculations:
Calculate commissions for various existing schemes based on provided HR and financial data.
Integrate corrective measures related to specific missions, secondments, guaranteed minimum variables, or prior-period corrections.
Review calculations and identified anomalies with the Social Management Control team.
Provide all calculation files and prepared import files before the initial payroll runs.
Adapt calculation templates to meet evolving needs based on changes to the schemes.
Will involve converting reports from french language to english with proper training.
Some of the document references may be in french, however with help of AI tools can be converted to english
Economic Performance Steering:
