We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of our growing restaurant group (8 outlets, been operating for 20 years). Location Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee operations across all restaurant branches and ensure consistent standards.
- Set and monitor KPIs for sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage, productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed across all locations.
- Analyse daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and take corrective action.
- Improve inventory, purchasing, stock control, portion control and food-cost management.
- Coordinate with the central kitchen, procurement, HR, finance, marketing and branch teams.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage and develop Restaurant Managers and branch leadership teams.
- Conduct regular branch audits and performance reviews.




- Drive sales growth through operational improvements, upselling, service standards and local initiatives.
- Implement and optimise POS, inventory, workforce management and reporting systems.
- Use data and technology to improve decision-making and operational visibility.
- Support current outlet openings, including staffing, SOPs, training, equipment and operational setup.
- Manage operational budgets and contribute to profitability improvement.
- Handle major operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
- 5 years of F&B; operations experience, preferably with a multi-outlet restaurant group.
- Experience managing multiple branches and large teams.
