- Lead finance, controlling, and business performance across a manufacturing environment
- Drive plant controlling, product costing, working capital management, and operational finance excellence
- Establish KPI-driven reporting and decision-making processes that improve transparency and accountability
- Act as a true business partner to operations, supporting growth, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with the General Manager, Business Transformation to build a high-performing leadership team

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS





- Proven finance leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Robust expertise in plant controlling, product costing, and performance management
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of working capital management and operational finance
- Experience supporting transformation, growth, or business improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making
- KPI-driven with a track record of delivering tangible business results
- Resilient personality who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
