Position: IT Head

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Head to lead our organization’s technology function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, systems, digital transformation, and the overall technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the IT team, performance management, training, and development.
- Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud platforms, hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, business applications, and other enterprise technology systems.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process improvement.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, availability, and overall IT service quality.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, licenses, and technology budgets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.




- Troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues and provide effective technical leadership.
- Prepare IT budgets, management reports, KPIs, and technology investment proposals for senior management.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and business performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/business applications, and IT operations.
- Experience managing IT teams, budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology projects.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
