The Head- F&A-; shall oversee the function for Medical & Health Sciences and Faculty of Science &

. He/she shall be responsible for Accounting, Taxation and regulatory compliances, Finance and Financial processes, MIS and Investment evaluation.

Responsibilities

- Essential F&A; functions:

a) Accounting: Record to Report process including Statutory and Internal Audit of the company.

b) Taxation: Taxation and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax returns etc.

c) Finance: Financial Management including working capital management, banking relationships etc.

d) AR: Receivables Management and coordination with TPA/ Govt. for Insurance collections.

e) Systems & process: Institute and implement valuable systems and practices.

- Decision Support, Budgeting, MIS:

a) Provide decision support through data analysis b) Coordinate and formulate operational and Financial Budgets/ Targets c)



Analyse and present Business Performance and action plan for improvement d) Develop business plans and monitor and report progress against the plan
- Investment Evaluation:

a) Investment Analysis for additional infrastructure and equipment

Education, skills

- CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) with about 15 years of total experience and min 5 years of relevant experience in

Medical College / Corporate Hospital at mid-senior level.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills – demonstrable role in P&L; improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, team management capabilities
- Expertise in Financial modeling using MS Excel
- Professional and Ethical Behavior
- Multilingual – fluency in English, working knowledge of Tamil preferred
