HIRING – HEAD COOK & KITCHEN HELPER

Location: Near AIIMS Kalyani, Kolkata, West Bengal

We are setting up a Cloud Kitchen / Food Business near AIIMS Kalyani and are looking for experienced kitchen staff.

1. HEAD COOK / MAIN COOK

- Experience in North Indian cooking preferred
- Should be able to independently manage kitchen operations
- Experience in preparing food in bulk quantities is required
- Menu will primarily include straightforward North Indian Thali
- Non-veg items will include Chicken & Fish
- Expected workload: approximately 300 meals for lunch & dinner
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

2. KITCHEN HELPER – 1 Position

- Basic kitchen assistance, preparation, cleaning & supporting the main cook
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Salary:



₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
