Role Description The Hardware Engineer will design, develop, test, and refine hardware components and systems used in our products. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating circuit schematics, working on PCB layouts, performing simulations, and conducting hardware validation and troubleshooting in lab environments.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with firmware and software, preparing technical documentation, and supporting manufacturing and quality teams with design-related insights. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madurai,



with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and develop hardware solutions, including Hardware Development and general Hardware engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design, including schematics, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware, system architecture, and interfacing with embedded or computing platforms.
- Experience using hardware design and simulation tools (e.g., EDA tools, SPICE) and basic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and focus on reliability and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in hybrid teams and document designs clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with embedded systems, signal integrity, or hardware compliance testing is a plus.
