- Inspect customer-returned musical instruments and audio equipment for functional, cosmetic, and technical issues.

- Test products to verify customer complaints and identify defects.

- Diagnose whether issues are due to manufacturing defects, transit damage, customer misuse, or normal wear and tear.

- Perform basic repairs, servicing, adjustments, and maintenance wherever possible.

- Carry out basic guitar setup, tuning, string replacement, action/intonation adjustment, and hardware checks.

- Perform basic electronic troubleshooting, soldering, cable/connector repairs, and component replacement when required.

- Check product accessories, packaging, serial numbers, and overall completeness.

- Classify returned products as Fit for Resale, Repair Required, NFF, Damaged, Warranty Claim, or Non-Repairable.

- Maintain accurate inspection, repair, and return records.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, Service, and Quality teams regarding return status and technical findings.

- Conduct final QC after repairs before products are released for resale or further processing.
