Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the deal. This role requires strong analytical and verbal skills and the ability to work under desired time lines. Candidates must be focused and strongly self-motivated; previous relevant experience is a must.

Experience in origination would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Preparation of financial model, pitch book, presentation, and other transaction documents.

- Participating in the due diligence process and other general support to the senior investment team throughout the transaction process.

- Identify and reach out to targets for private equity.

- Financial and strategic analysis of targets.

- Managing relationships with private equity funds and VC funds.

- Industry and sector research and identification of potential and active areas.

- End-to-end execution of transactions.

Qualifications

- An MBA in finance is preferred.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Rank Holder is Preferred.

- The candidate should have a minimum of one-two years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

Will support financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, investment analysis, and private equity research activities. Strong analytical, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
