Responsibilities
- Handle school, college and group bookings
- Coordinate with visitors and management team
- Manage group entry and activity schedules
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth group operations inside the park
- Provide good customer support
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Friendly and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Ability to manage groups and events
