Job DescriptionTerritory Sales, Technical & Operations Manager – Automotive PPF N n Scratchgard Technology Pvt. Ltd. | Multiple Locations Across India
NScratchgard Technology isexpanding its nationwide automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) business and is building a solid field team to manage dealership relationships, business development and PPF operations across India.
NWe are looking for hands-on Territory Managers who can develop business, work closely with automotive dealerships and ensure that PPF jobs are executed on time and to the required quality standards.
NThis is not a desk-based sales or coordination role . You will own the territory commercially and operationally.
N Key Responsibilities n
Develop PPF business across assigned automotive dealerships and accounts.
N
Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities within the territory.
N
Onboard recent dealershipsand establish the PPF operating process at each location.
N
Build robust relationships with dealership principals, accessories teams, sales managers,



service teams and other key stakeholders.
N
Present product solutions, commercial benefits and operating processes to dealership teams.
N
Drive sales, maintain astrong chance pipeline and work towards defined territory targets.
N
Coordinate daily PPF requirements and allocate installation jobs to approved applicators.
N
Ensure applicator attendance, material availability, installation completion and proper job documentation.
N
Monitor installation quality and support technical troubleshooting, rectification and dealer concerns.
N
Develop additional applicator resources and maintain sufficient backup capacity across the territory.
N
Monitor open, completedand delayed jobs and escalate potential SLA issues before they become dealer complaints.
N
Conduct product and process training for dealership teams, partners and applicators.
N
Maintain accurate reporting of sales prospects, dealers
