Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects. N
Manage the full design cycle -Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination. N
Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works. N
Oversee material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works. N
Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes (NBC, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED,



and internal sustainability guidelines). N
Coordinate and integrate the design output effectively with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery. N
Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings. N
Manage other campus infrastructure–related design tasks as needed. N
Track progress, flag risks early, and support timely completion of key deliverables. N
Explore and integrate current materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions. N
Ensure robust documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages. N
Robust project management, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. N
