NPosition Overview:
NWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to oversee the Omnichannel / MT Customers' Sales operations for our personal care product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a focus on optimizing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring productive operations across all regions in India.
NKey Responsibilities:
N1.Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives. N




Collaborate with the Retail Head to set sales targets and KPIs for the Trade segment. N
Drive the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. N

n2.Key Accounts Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned Omnichannel / MT Customers, including inventory management, product placement, and visual merchandising. N
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. N
Collaborate with key accounts to develop joint business plans, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies. N
Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability. N
Ensure Customers are aware of sales and marketing activities to implement them in a cost and time effective manner. Collect Feedback on how the activities running N
Provide continuous Brand and Product training to store associates. N
