SAP FI-AR / FSCM Consultant (Dubai Real Estate Projects)

Key Skills:
SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable)
FSCM: Dunning, Credit Management, Collections
EBS, PDC Management & Cheque Bounce Handling
IFRS 9 ECL
UAE VAT & FTA e-Invoicing
SAP RE-FX exposure (Lease Management, RERAPP, Service Charge Settlement, IFRS 16)
SD/PS Integration, Data Migration & Cutover

Mandatory Domain Experience:
Experience working on Dubai/UAE Real Estate projects with Property Developers, Leasing, or Property Management companies.
Robust understanding of Property Sales, Installment Collections, RERA Escrow Processes, Tenant Billing, and Service Charge Settlements.

Key Deliverables:
Configure and implement FI-AR/FSCM processes.
Support Real Estate receivables, collections, and escrow-related requirements.
Execute testing, migration, cutover, and go-live support.
