About The Job:
We are looking for a Manager, Finance & Controlling / Commercial Finance to join the Integrated Biologics Finance team.
The role will provide solid financial planning, analysis, commercial finance, and business partnering support across pricing, contracts, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
The individual will work closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the US to drive profitable growth and financial rigor.

Essential Job Functions:
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Business Unit
Act as finance business partner supporting commercial teams on pricing, contracts, margin analysis, and customer negotiations
Provide insightful analysis on revenue, costs, margins, Capex, and Free Cash Flow to support decision making
Support strategic projects including portfolio optimization and potential M&A; activities
Collaborate with global finance, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, and digital tools

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA/CFA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in finance & controlling, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
Solid analytical, pricing, and contract evaluation skills wi
