Operate granulation equipment (e.g. RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Sifter, Blender, Co-Mill) under supervision.
Assist in batch manufacturing activities as per BMR and approved SOPs.
Monitor and record process parameters during granulation.
Perform equipment cleaning and area sanitation as per SOP and cGMP guidelines.
Ensure proper line clearance before starting any batch activity.
Accurately maintain documentation like BMR, logbooks, cleaning records, etc.
Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE during operations.
Support in line changeover and material movement activities.
