We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical architecture expertise, guide development teams, define platform best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and technical solutions.
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Define development standards, coding best practices, and governance processes.
Design scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Review solution designs, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
