Defines the requirements, specifications, and criteria for BPM solutions, validates and verifies the outcomes and benefits of BPM projects.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific Responsibilities:
Managing all phases of IBM BAW system development from concept through implementation and maintenance.
Managing new BAW Project initiatives and change requests based on various partner feedback within the organization that boosts overall policy issuance and business.
Overall responsibility of structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, managing project execution and completion of low to critical projects.
Developing essential web services using IBM Integration Designer,



Java, and IBM MQ to facilitate a seamless end-to-end insurance flow.
Developing web services to integrate with other external applications.
Valuable understanding of business domain, process modelling techniques, data analysis skills and communication skills.
Performs unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of BPM solutions and ensures compliance with the BPM standards and guidelines.
Should have strong technical skills, programming skills, testing skills and attention to detail.
Positive to have project management skills, team management skills, negotiation skills and risk management skills.
