Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the successful delivery of software projects across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. This role involves managing global client relationships, directing cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), and ensuring on-time, budget-aligned, high-quality delivery. Experience with AI integration and data-driven initiatives is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Delivery Management
Act as the primary technical contact for global client engagements




Oversee project scope, delivery milestones, and expectations per the SOW
Manage project planning, budgeting, and successful execution
Drive client satisfaction and identify current business prospects
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical or strategic blockers

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with international clients
Lead feedback cycles, check-ins, and satisfaction tracking
Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams

Team Leadership
Lead and manage software engineers, team leads, and architects
Conduct performance reviews and career development plans
Support hiring and onboarding based on project needs

Technical Oversight
Oversee end-to-end SDLC execution
Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices enforcement
Align technical solutions with current and future client needs
