Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage multiple projects/programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. The role requires robust stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive execution with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, goals, budgets, and resource allocation
Change Control Management
Stakeholder Identification
Risk & Issue Management
Communication Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align strategies and drive initiatives
Provide strategic direction and insights to stakeholders and team members
Track and monitor project performance across time, cost, and quality parameters
Conduct regular status meetings and ensure progress visibility
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and stakeholders
Build and maintain solid relationships with all project stakeholders

Secondary Responsibilities




Stay updated with customer industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Mentor and guide team members/developers to enhance performance and problem-solving capabilities
Oversee and manage all phases of project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery
Participate in interview panels and play a key role in hiring decisions

Tools & Technical Expectations
Hands-on experience with JIRA (including automation workflows)
Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
Experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports for project tracking and decision-making
