Circle Communications is a digital marketing agency working across social media, performance marketing, branding, websites, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 0–2 years of experience who has a solid eye for design, creativity, and attention to detail. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements and marketing creatives.
- Create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital campaigns.
- Work on branding materials, brochures, presentations and other marketing collaterals.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colours and layouts.
- Work closely with the content, social media and performance marketing teams.
- Make design revisions based on client/team feedback.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.




- Stay updated with current design trends and social media formats.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Figma / InDesign is a plus.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Freshers with a solid design portfolio.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Candidates from Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or related backgrounds.
- Internship or freelance experience is an added advantage.
