Responsibilities

1. Data-Driven Insights - Analyse data, identify trends and insights,



and interpret data to inform campaign strategies that optimise clients' narratives.
2. Effective Campaigns - Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
3. Social Media Expertise - Develop and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
4. Collaborative Feedback - Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and results for continuous improvement.

- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, creatives, placements, and audiences.
- Create campaign structures aligned with business objectives such as leads, sales, app installs, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging advertising opportunities.

You'll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
1. Online Campaign Experience - Proven experience running online digital marketing campaigns.
2. E-Marketing Tools - Knowledge of tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
3. Data Proficiency - Experience with Google Analytics and Excel for data-driven insights.
4. Communication Skills - Solid communication and collaboration skills to stay aligned with clients' goals.
